AUTOCLAVE HORIZONTAL (TRIPLE WALLED) (CYLINDRICAL) ‘U-TECH' MAKE:

Triple walled construction inner chamber is made of high grade stainless steel sheet of SS-304 grade. The outer body is also made of thick stainless steel sheet. The boiler is made of S. Steel. The lid is made of thick steel sheet plate. The unit is duly fitted with highly efficient M.S. Painted Ring & radial locking system duly chrome plated. A three way valve or a multi port Valve made of stainless steel is installed for controlling the sterilization cycle. The pressure is adjustable from 5 psi to 20 psi, pressure is controlled by automatic pressure control switch. Fitted with water level indicator and Vacuum breaker.. Microprocessor PID and Timer, Vacuum breaker and steam trap. The whole unit is mounted on a robust tubular stand made of MS duly painted with attractive stove enamel. Work on 440 Volt 3 Phase.
